Molly Matter is a black belt in Kajukenbo, a street fighting martial art that teaches self-defense and self-respect.
She has worked with groups of women and girls in Seattle, WA teaching basic self-defense.
The workshop will give people an introduction to physical self defense in a safe environment, a chance to practice practical skills that you can use in your daily life.
Like learning a language, self defense develops through practice.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring questions and an open mind!
The training will take place on the 21. and 26. of June at 7pm, lasting each time for about 1,5 hours.
